    Extra Cut - Long Term Ley for Conservation no clover (up to 2 years)
    This mixture utilises the high yields of Italian and Hybrid Ryegrass to produce large cuts of forage for up to 2 years. Both Italianand Hybrid Ryegrass are high in water soluble carbohydrate and produce very palatable forage. High sugar content also helps inthe process of ensiling. Can be used as an after maize mixture.

    A short to medium term mixture tol provide high quantities of forage. It is capable of being grazed or cut or a mixture of the two. Recent research indicates there is a benefi cial value to conserving grass after early spring defoliation by grazing. Provider will give good early spring grazing and then if "shut up" for conservation, will provide abundant forage of a very high quality in late May.

    Sprinter - Short Term Ley for Conservation with Westerwolds (1 year)
    A very short term, rapid growing blend designed to be sown in the spring or the autumn to provide an abundant crop of high quality forage. Frost free sites should be selected when autumn sowing as there is a risk that in a hard winter the mixture could experience some damage to the Westerwolds element. Very high yields can be expected from this mixture, and whilst Westerwolds is an annual grass it will provide at least two cuts in its harvest year. The Italian Ryegrass will ensure the full duration of this mixture.
